Just a note to thank you for taking care of the brakes on my Explorer. It is encouraging to know there are still businesses who strive to satisfy the customer, no matter what the circumstances may be. Your generosity and willingness to service my vehicle in a timely manner is very much appreciated. With this level of service, I expect to be with Lamb's Automotive for quite a while.
Steve Kraus pulled me aside before I left your store and apologized for his actions on the day my brakes were not repaired. I understand the frustration he was feeling that day and accepted his apology. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
