I wanted to take a moment to share with you the great experience that i had in your establishment yesterday evening. I was my way home from work on MoPac when a fellow car honked and pointed out to me that my back tire was dangerously low and needed air. I realized it must be a serious situation for someone to take time on the highway to tell me. My first thought was to get to Lamb's Automotive as soon as possible.
I pulled in at 5:10 p.m. and was politely greeted. I knew Lamb's closed at 6:00 p.m. and was sure that I was going to have to leave my car and have them repair the tire in the morning. In addition to this dilemma, I had to be back downtown by 6:15 p.m. that night. I was completely surprised when they said they would take care of it right away and I would be on my way in 15 minutes. I'm not kidding when I say that I was back on the road by 5:30 and made my meeting at 6:15 p.m.
I can't tell you what a relief it is to have an automotive center, in my neighborhood, that I can trust. In addition to that, Craig always does a great job to make sure you are well attended to and your vehicle is ready on time. In this day and age, I think we have resigned to accept poor customer service and when you have an outstanding experience such as this, it is worth sending a note to say thank you. Thank you very much!
