Dear Eric,

I am writing to thank you for being so helpful and considerate when I went through the recent problems with my car. It was difficult enough having to deal with the inconvenience and cost of the repairs, but you made the experience much better than it could have been. I appreciate your explaining things to me every step of the way and for speeding up the process when possible.

While it is never pleasant to deal with a broken down vehicle, less even with two babies in it, I am grateful your shop was where I ended up. I will be taking our cars to this Lamb's for all our automotive needs in the future.
