First I want to congratulate you on your success as I see your shops are all over town. While we haven't met in person, I do feel that with the number of times I have been in your Bee Caves shop that I should at least own some of the bricks of the building.

I am writing to let you know please that on a number of occasions I have had outstanding service with your team on Bee Caves Road. Daymon and his team are very attentive to the needs of the customers and additionally they want to make sure that we are pleased with the level of service. Most recently I was having trouble with my air conditioner (compressor leak) and Steve was able to work me in with short notice. More incredibly the shop was at full capacity and they did a great job taking care of me.
