I am writing today to let you know that the workers at your store are very special people.

I purchased a car on February 16th, it was 1 year old. Anyway, when I arrived at my home with it found that there was a large roofing nail in the left front tire. I called Lamb's Tire and Automotive Center to set up an appointment to have the tired repaired. The gentleman that I spoke with was David Thilleman. He was so polite to me, and I could tell that he felt really bad for me that I had purchased the car and already had a tire problem.

Anyway, that was on a Saturday evening. He told me that I could bring it in on Monday morning and that Lamb's opens at 7:00 AM. I arrived at Lamb's on Monday bright and early and David was there and checked me in. He was nothing but nice. He made me feel so special. He told me that it would take about an hour. I gave him my cell number to call me when the car was ready. About 45 minutes later he called to let me know that the tire had been repaired but when they were inspecting the other tires they found that the right front wheel was bent quite noticeably. I felt so sad that this had happened to my new car. Anyway, we informed the dealer where we bought the car about the wheel and they ordered a new one for me.

Today I took the car to Lamb's and had the wheel replaced. David was so helpful and in a very short time the car was ready for me to take back home. I really want you to know how welcome your staff made me feel and their kindness was very appreciated.

I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives what a super operation you have. Again thanks to all who were so helpful and committed doing a job well done.
