I am writing this letter to inform you of the professional service I received from the manager and staff at Lamb's Tire Automotive Center in Pflugerville. I have been getting my car serviced at lamb for the past year. Jose Berenguel is he absolute best manager I have encountered at any automotive store.

I drive a 2002 Jacquar S-type. Your staff have provided me with the ultimate professional service. On Monday, September 17, 2007, I attempted to start my car and the battery was dead. I called to inform you of the problem, and your manager sent a staff member to charge my battery. Now that is true customer service and an example of going beyond the call of duty!

I purchased a new battery at Lamb's Automotive. I will continue to have my car serviced at Lamb's Automotive. I telephoned my sister who also lives in Pflugerville to inform her of the professional service I received at Lamb's. My sister indicated to me that she has heard of the team at Lambs and several of her friends in the past stated that they give top class customer service.

In the past. I have observed the staff at Lamb's address every customer with respect and professionalism. Because of the service that I have received I will continue to refer automotive service customers to Lamb's Automotive in Pflugerville.
