I Wanted to give kudos to Ron Fitzpatrick and the boys on Slaughter Lane.

FYI -- I have 5 cars and been going to this store since the day it opened in 1997.

I left a flat tire with them yesterday, a Saturday, to fix. I wasn't going to be able to get back before 5:00 to retrieve it so I told a tech (not a mgr.) to leave it behind the building.

When I showed up at 6:00 an hour after closing, Ron and 2 technicians were just leaving. I didn't see my tire outside and they noticed it hadn't been fixed yet. Ron offered to fix it right then and there and without being prompted, CHEERFULLY offered to put it on my car, which of course saved me time and aggravation.

I left at 6:30, 1.5 hours after the store closed, a very happy (as usual) customer.
