Recently I found myself in South Austin with tire problems and stopped at your Ben White Store.

I was waited on by Mr. Anthony Williams and be assured sir it was a rare treat. His enthusiasm for his job and products was a refreshing change, and his knowledge of the products was outstanding. He went to great lengths to match the right tire to my needs and budget, and then when he realized that I was in a time crunch and he was shorthanded in the shop, he personally went out and mounted and balanced the tires in order that I could be on my way without delay.

In these days of "what's in it for me" its a real pleasure do business with a firm with employees like Mr. Williams who is sensitive to the needs and requirements of the customer.

In closing let me say that Mr. Williams is a real asset to your firm, and is a tribute to your managerial' skills to have and keep employees who exhibit a high degree of professionalism and good will to the public.
