I have to tell you how wonderful Todd treated me and my children last week!!! I brought my Suburban in to have the air conditioner fixed. I stayed while the check was completed. Then, after finding out it was going to be an extensive job, Todd drove me back to my house. I had to have the Suburban back at 2:30, so I could pick my children up from school, in Liberty Hill. When Todd found out the job would not be complete at 2:30, he came and picked me up, and took me to my children's school to pick them up. This is one of the greatest examples of customer service I have seen. I always dread bringing my vehicle in for service, because it takes so long. Todd made this a great experience. Oh, and my air conditioner works great now too!!
