ASE (AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE EXCELLENCE)
Gemini™ helps ensure consumer confidence by employing ASE-certified technicians.

The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established in 1972. There are currently 440,000 professionals with ASE-certification who work in every segment of the automotive service industry.

ASE's mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service in the United States through the testing and certification of automotive repair technicians. Certification is given to individuals with at least two years relevant experience who pass an ASE exam. They must pass the exam every five years to maintain their certification.

Consumers should look for the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence logo as a sign of knowledgeable and skilled technicians.

GEMINI™ NATIONWIDE WARRANTY DETAILS
Gemini keeps you covered coast to coast with a nationwide warranty. These warranties apply only to parts and labor shown on your invoice - there may be other components in a system that are not covered.

Air Conditioning Services, Cooling System Services
Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Air Shocks, Alignment, Brake Services (Excluding Overhaul) Engine Tune Up
Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Belts and Hoses (Cooling System)
Parts: Lifetime, to the original purchaser.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Brake Overhaul (Brake Shoes and/or Disc Pads Warranted Lifetime)
Parts: 24 months or 24,000 miles, (whichever comes first)
Labor: 24 months or 24,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Brake Overhaul: disc and/or drum performed as a package includes:

DISC: disc pads, resurface rotors, rebuild or replace hydraulic calipers, grease seals (if equipped), associated hardware.

DRUM: brake shoes, resurface drums, new wheel cylinders, grease seals (if equipped), and associated hardware.

Any and all other brake service or repair is covered under the "Brake Service" warranty.

Exhaust Components (Excluding Muffler), Steering and Suspension Parts (Excluding Drive Train Components)
Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Macpherson Struts - Cartridges, Shocks and Assemblies
Parts: Lifetime, to the original purchaser.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, (whichever comes first)

Muffler
Parts: Lifetime, to the original purchaser.

Wheel Balance (Auto Tires Only)
Life of tread warranty good for the life of the tread of the tire we balance. Not valid if tire is dismounted. Present warranty folder for a free rotation and computer wheel balance every 6 months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or dismounting of tires due to special wheels excluded.)

MOTORIST ASSURANCE PROGRAM (MAP)
The Motorist Assurance Program is a network of more than 40 of the most recognized names in the automotive maintenance and service industry and their suppliers. Like MAP, Goodyear and Gemini's™ mission is to strengthen the relationship between the consumer and the auto repair industry. The network encourages and supports consumer education so that motorists take greater responsibility for their vehicles. At Gemini, we follow MAP's vehicle service recommendation process, and fully endorse MAP's mission and beliefs, listed here:

MAP's Mission:
Strengthen the relationship between motorists and the auto service industry.
Improve communication and trust through the creation of industry standards.
Encourage, support and develop consumer education programs.

MAP Pledge of Assurance:
We promise to offer a written estimate for repairs. All repair recommendations will be explained. Recommended repair work will be based on system failure; improving system performance; or preventive maintenance, according to accepted industry standards.

We promise to offer written estimate, including the reason for the repair. No work will be performed without your prior authorization.

We promise to employ personnel trained in accordance with MAP Standards of Service , who are qualified to perform an inspection based on MAP Uniform Inspection and Communication Standards.

We promise to include a written warranty at no extra cost.

We promise to provide dispute resolution services at your request. Should you ever become dissatisfied with the resolution proposed by a member facility, (concerning its performance in meeting the requirements of the program), the dispute would then be submitted to an independent board at no cost to you.
